Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Declaration to declare the selection and election of the 5th respondent as Ward member in the 4th respondent Town Panchayat, elected from Ward No.3, reserved for SC woman quota as null and void, unconstitutional and against reservation policy.
