ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the statutory appeal dated 02.06.2014 preferred by her as against the order dated 06.09.2013 passed by the Chief Educational Officer, Kancheepuram and to pass orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law. 2.Though the learned counsel for the petitioner sought for a direction to the respondent to dispose of the statutory appeal filed by the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the writ petition is not maintainable as the petitioner has to file appeal only before the Director of School Education as against the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

order passed by the Chief Educational Officer. 3.Since the petitioner has wrongly preferred the appeal to the State Government, this writ petition is dismissed, however, giving liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law by filing proper appeal before the competent authority. No costs.
