ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition was filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No. 4051 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent police. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the first accused is a history sheeter and the fourth accused has one previous case. He further submitted that the investigation is in its final stage and the charge sheet be filed within a period of two months.

3.Heard the learned counsels on either side and perused the materials available on record.
4.Considering the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the first accused is a history sheeter, the fourth accused has one previous case and the offences are serious in nature, affecting the public at large, this Court is not inclined to entertain the joint compromise memo. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 27-03-2026 ep To
