2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the petition dated 11.5.2015, the respondent police conducted enquiry and the same was closed on 22.6.2015. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
