This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail by suspending the sentence imposed in Spl.C.C.No.5 of 2015 dated 03.03.2017 on the file of Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandam (Mahila Court), Coimbatore, pending disposal in the above Crl.A.No.545 of 2017.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that he is not pressing the application for suspension of sentence and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition as not pressed. He would pray that an early date may be fixed for hearing the appeal.
