The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed the present writ petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.11.2021 and further direct the respondents to grant provisional pension to the petitioner till the compulsory retirement pension is granted. He would further submit that the petitioner would be satisfied if the petitioner's representation is considered in the light of the orders passed in W.P.(MD).No.18232 of 2014 dated 15.07.2019 within a stipulated time.

2. In light of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.11.2021 in light of the orders passed in W.P.(MD).No.18232 of 2014 dated 15.07.2019 within a period of four (4)

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as well as in accordance with law.
