ORDER
The petitioner, apprehends arrest at the hand of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2), 326(a) of BNS read with Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulations) Act 1957 in connection with Crime No. 289/2025, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Earlier this Court vide order dated 12.01.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.417 of 2026 had dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner with the following observations.
" 5. Considering the nature of the offence committed by this petitioner and that this petitioner had involved not only in quarrying the river sand but also in damaging the environment and ecology and if this petitioner is granted anticipatory bail, he will involve in similar activities and hence this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed"
3. Now the petitioner has preferred the present second anticipatory bail petition without any change in circumstances, hence, I am not inclined to revisit the earlier order.
