Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time by a period of Four weeks from today for disposal of SA No. 263 of 2020 by DRT Coimbatore.(in CMP.No.5499 of 2021) Order:
This petition coming on for Extension of time on the Twenty Second day of September Two Thousand Twenty One and persuing the earlier order date of 15.12.2020 from the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, chennai and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KANDEEPAN, Advocate for the petitioners this court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The application seeks for extension of time to dispose of S.A.No.263 of 2020 pending before the DRT, Coimbatore. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. By an order dated December 15, 2020, while disposing of C.R.P.No.2187 of 2020, this court had required S.A.No.263 of 2020 to be disposed of within a period of three weeks of the receipt of a memo from the petitioners.
3. In view of the good grounds shown, the time to dispose of the proceedings is extended by three months from date. The DRT, Coimbatore, should not grant any adjournment to the parties. C.M.P.No.5499 of 2021 is disposed of.
4. It is recorded that C.R.P.No.2187 of 2020 and the other application made therein have already been disposed of by an order dated December 15, 2020.
There will be no order as to costs.
