Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus calling for the records relating to the detention order passed by the 2nd respondent pertaining to the order made in Memo No.CPT No.11/2023 dated 09.02.2023 detaining the detenu under Section 2(f) of Tamil Nadu Act 14/1982 as "BOOTLEGGER" and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce Mrs.Kanniga, wife of Mani, female aged about 48 years who is detained in Women Special Prison, Puzhal, Chennai before this Court and set him at liberty. 2. Learned counsel on both sides submit that the impugned preventive detention order has since been revoked (Advisory Board) vide proceedings dated 13.03.2023 bearing reference G.O.Rt.No.1453, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XI) Department.
3. In the light of the undisputed position, common submission is made that nothing survives in the captioned habeas corpus petition.
