Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to

initiate action against the illegal and unauthorised construction put up by the 5th respondent at G.N.P. Mahal, No.2, Ocheri Main Road, Panapakkam, Ranipet District, Ranipet 631 502 and remove the same. ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.W.M.Abdul Azeez, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.K.Karthik Jegannath, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.M.Sriram, learned counsel for the fifth respondent.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the writ petition, action has been taken against the fifth respondent.

3. The prayer made is to remove the unauthorised construction.

However, the order passed by the official respondents is challenged in W.P.No.17626 of 2022.

4. In view of the above facts, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
