Though the petitioner has come up with this Writ petition seeking quashment of the award passed by the 1st respondent in I.D.No.453 of 2002 dated 05.09.2012, however, in view of the fact that the Writ petition is of the year 2013, the 2nd respondent has since died who is the Managing Director of the 4th respondent, even after a lapse of about 12 years, till date, the petitioner has not taken any steps to implead the Legal Heir(s) of the 2nd respondent which clearly shows that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this Writ petition.

2. For the reason aforesaid, this Writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
