ORDER
The petitioner herein apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (development and Regulation) Act, 1957 and section 303(2) of BNS in Crime No.464 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail. 2.Earlier anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was dismissed on 03.12.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.31800 of 2025 on the following reasons: "6. Considering the allegations relating to illegal quarrying the sand and the resultant ecological damage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner."
3. Considering that there is no change in circumstances and I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier order. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
