ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 1st & 2nd respondents to consider his representation dated 24.12.2016 and to furnish the Accident Report (A.R) to him, within a time frame. 2.

Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent has furnished the Accident Register to the petitioner. The petitioner appearing in person has also admitted that the Accident Register has been furnished to him.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, the relief sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous and hence the writ petition is closed. No costs.
