The Civil Revision Petition has been preferred against the order 22.07.2013 passed in I.A.No.10784 of 2012 in O.S.No.9103 of 2011, by the learned II Assistant City Civil Judge, Chennai.

2. Today when the Civil Revision petition came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is present and made a submission that the Suit pertains to this Civil Revision petition has already been disposed of on 28.02.2017 itself. She has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement, the Civil Revision Petition became infructuous. Accordingly, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
