This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent Police to file a final report in Crime No.38 of 2014, FIR dated 09.10.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No.38 of 2014 has been registered by the respondent Police.

4. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.
