When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Civil Revision Petition is arising out of order passed in I.A.No.408 of 2011 in O.S.No.112 of 2010 on the file of the Sub Court, Bhavani, Erode District and subsequently, the suit itself has been disposed of and hence nothing survives for adjudication in this revision petition.
