ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking police protection to enter the premises which was purchased under the SARFAESI Proceedings on the file of the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal. Therefore, he lodged a complaint. On receipt of the same, the petitioner was issued CSR.No.122 of 2019 and thereafter, it was enquired and closed.

2. It seems again the petitioner lodged the complaint and it is pending on the file of the 3rd respondent. Admittedly, the petitioner purchased the property and yet to take possession of the said property. Therefore, the petitioner has to file necessary application before the concerned court to take possession of the property, which was purchased under the SARFAESI proceedings in accordance with law and as such, this petition cannot be entertained.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
