Seeking quashment of the final show cause notice in F.SRO/NCTE/2010/28467 dated 05/05/2011, issued by the first respondent, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that since the relief sought for is related to the academic year 2011-2012, which is already over, the writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
