When the matter came up for hearing today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner as well as the respondent. 2.Earlier, when the matter was listed before this Court on 01.04.2026 there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 24.04.2026. 24.04.2026, again when the matter was called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed under the same caption "for dismissal" on 02.06.2026. Thereafter, on 02.06.2026, the matter was called, neither the petitioner nor the learned counsel are present before this Court and hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 04.06.2026, under the same caption "for dismissal".

3. Even today (09.06.2026) also when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the respondent and the matter is passed it over and at the end of the list, the matter was again called, also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the respondent. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to proceed further with the case.

4. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
