O R D E R
A perusal of the impugned order shows that the learned Family Court at Chengalpet has passed an order in terms of Section 25 of the Hindu Marriage Act. As per Section 28(2) of the Act, where permanent alimony is awarded not as interim relief but as final relief, the remedy for the aggrieved party is only to prefer an appeal before this Court.
