The petitioner has only challenged the impugned proceedings dated NIL seeking to recover the input tax credit availed by the petitioner.

2.Since the Writ Petition has been filed only against the notice, I am not inclined to grant any relief. The petitioner may therefore file its reply before the respondent/Commercial Tax Officer within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If such reply is filed within the stipulated time, the respondent may consider the same and pass an appropriate order after issuing a notice of personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. 3.The Writ Petition stands disposed with the above observations. No cost. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
