The petitioners have filed this contempt petition for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court, dated 25.04.2017 passed in W.P.No.35349 of 2016. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners were earlier permitted to serve the notice on the counsel appearing for the respondents and the undertaking affidavit has also been filed on behalf of the respondents. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents have complied with the order passed by this Court, dated 25.04.2017 in W.P.No.35349 of 2016.

2. Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
