(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioner/ appellant seeking to condone the delay of 124 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2. Mrs.Geetha Thamaraiselvan, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice the respondents 4 and 5 submitted that she has no objection in this petition being allowed.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
