ORDER
The petitioner was arrested on 28.06.2025 for the offences punishable under Section 8(c), read with Section 20(b)(ii)(C ) of NDPS Act, 1985 in CC.No.1285 of 2025, seeks bail.
2. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), that this Court had earlier dismissed the bail petition filed by the petitioner vide order 31.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No./29616 of 2025. Without
disclosing the said fact, the petitioner has filed the present second bail petition. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition.
3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh bail petition by properly incorporating the aforesaid facts.
