Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent hereinto consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.03.2015 and direct the 3rd respondent herein to rectify the mistake and correct the mistake in FMB Plan in Survey No. 382/5A and 382/5B belonging to the petitioner.

By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

The petitioner claims that he is the absolute owner of the property bearing Survey Nos. 382/5A and 382/5B, Alagapuram Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District. According to him, no pathway is in existence in the above said survey numbers. However, on seeing the sketch, he found that the existence of a pathway has been wrongly mentioned and in this regard, he submitted a representation dated 26.03.2015 to the 3rd respondent, which was acknowledged by him on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

30.03.2015 and aggrieved by the non-disposal of the said representation, the petitioner has come forward with this writ petition.

Heard Mr.R.A.S. Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.

This Court, taking into consideration, the limited scope of the prayer sought by the petitioner, directs the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.03.2015 and pass orders on the same, in accordance with law, after putting on notice, the persons concerned, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner as well as to the persons concerned.
