(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) When the matter was taken up for hearing on 22.01.2026, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, this Court, directed the Registry to list the review petition under the caption 'for dismissal' on 23.01.2026. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case. Therefore, this Court has no option except to dismiss the review petition for nonprosecution. Accordingly, the Review Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs.
