(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioners/appellants seeking to accept the cause title in the above writ appeal.

2. Heard Mr.R.Balaramesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner / appellant.

3. Mr.M.S.Palaniswamy, learned counsel for the respondents/caveator, has no objection in ordering this petition.

4. We perused the affidavit of the petitioner filed in support of this petition, wherein, it has been stated that at the time of disposing the writ petition, the petitioner Co-operate Society was administrated by the President and since his term of office came to an end, now it is being managed by the Administrator and therefore, the present address to be incorporated in the cause title of this appeal.
