Seeking leave to sue the respondent/defendant, the applicant/plaintiff, has come up with this application. 2.The applicant is the plaintiff in the suit filed for recovery of money. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the entire transaction has taken place within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. He further submits that the payment was also made within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. Since the respondent is residing outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court, the present application has been filed.
