Learned counsel for some of the respondents objects to the condonation of delay on the ground that the delay has not been adequately explained.

Upon perusal of the affidavit in support of the petition to condone delay, we find that the delay is explained in paragraph

17. Keeping in mind the fact that the case pertains to the finalization of a seniority list and matters consequential thereto, we find that sufficient cause made out to condone the delay.

Let an appropriate number be allotted to the matter. Post along with W.A.No.586 of 2021.
