The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to float the tenders in regard to the Dawsan https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Road Development and Maintenance Works by withdrawing or cancelling the allotment given to the respondents 4 and 5, after following the procedures laid down under the Tamil Nadu Tender Transparency Act, 1998 r/w Rules, 2000.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
