ORDER
The contempt petition is filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated dated 27.01.2016 passed in W.P.No.28223 of 2014.
2. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the 2nd respondent made a submission that the issues reached finality and as per the orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, all eligible candidates were absorbed in service. As far as the contempt petitioner herein is concerned, he was not successful in the written examination and therefore, the department was not in a position to consider the case of the petitioner for absorption.
3. This being the factum, the respondents have not committed any contempt of Court willfully and the case of the contempt petitioner was not considered as he was an unsuccessful candidate in the written examination. 2/4
