This Civil Revision Petition is presented against the return of the plaint for not impleading the necessary parties. The issue of

non-Joinder of parties, shall be tried at the time of trial after giving opportunity of personal hearing on the both sides. At the threshold, the Trial Court shall not return the plaint on merits. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a direction issued to the Trial Court to number the suit and dispose of it in accordance with law.
