This petition has been filed to withdraw the criminal case in C.C.No.255 of 2014 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Kangayam and to transfer the same to learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Karur 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.When the petition is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent on instructions submitted that the case was ended in acquittal on 11.01.2016 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore.
