Crl.OP.No.4296 of 2023 and Crl.M.P.No.3729 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J., When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that FIR in Crime No.116 of 2023 has been registered against the petitioner.

2. At this juncture, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petitions stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition by quoting the crime number. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
