(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner claims that the land in Survey No.765 of Kondamalli village to the extent of 8 acres and 51 cents, which was originally assigned to the poor and needy from the Adi Dravidar Community, has been allegedly purchased by non-eligible persons. The petitioner claims that the assignees have acted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

contrary to the terms of assignment of the patta and the persons who have purchased the rights, in turn, do not belong to the Adi Dravidar community and are, thus, not eligible to hold the pattas.

2.In support of this contention, learned counsel has relied upon the decision in W.A.No.624 of 1988 upholding the validity of resumption and redistribution of lands so conditionally assigned.

3.In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, we call upon the first respondent to look into the matter and take necessary action in accordance with law within a maximum period of three (3) months of the receipt of this order, after notice to all concerned and by a speaking order.
