Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the service and regularise the petitioner from the date of appointment (i.e) 01.06.1986 based upon the representation preferred by the petitioner dated 18.02.2019 respectively.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner to consider his services and to regularise his services from 01.06.1986.
2. It is seen from records that the petitioner joined as a Sweeper on temporary basis from 01.06.1986 onwards in the third respondent-Municipality.
The petitioner was ultimately regularised in his service by the fourth respondent, vide his proceedings dated 07.06.2006. The petitioner has given a representation to the fourth respondent requesting for regularising the services from the date of his appointment, namely, from 01.06.1986. Since the representation was not considered, the petitioner has approached this Court seeking for appropriate directions.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
4. Taking into consideration the limited prayer that has been sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 04.07.2016 and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation along with the copy of this order to the fourth respondent.
5. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
