This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register an FIR on the complaint dated 23.05.2016 and investigate the same and file final report. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner has given his complaint dated 23.05.2016 to the Superintendent of Police, but whereas the Inspector of Police, Anaikattu Police Station is the jurisdictional police.

4. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to appear in person before the Inspector of Police, Anaikattu Police Station along with this order and lodge a fresh complaint, containing the very same contents as stated in the previous complaint dated 23.05.2016. On receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and action be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

taken thereon in accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or drop action otherwise. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
