ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose the Claim Petition No.63 of 2010 pending on the file of Labour Court, Salem.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the second respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Pending this writ petition, a separate Court has been constituted at Hosur and the entire bundle in Claim Petition No.63 of 2010 has been transferred and re-numbered as C.P.No.2 of 2019 on the file of the Labour Court, Hosur, Krishnagiri District and it is pending.

4. Therefore, the Labour Court, Hosur, Krishnagiri District is directed to dispose the petition in C.P.No.2 of 2019, within a period of

six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
