ORDER
The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to release the JCB vehicle bearing Registration No.TN19X5164, Chassis Number:01828372, Engine Number; H00027499
2. It is the case of the petitioner that she is the owner of the JCB vehicle bearing Registration No.TN19X5164 and on 11.03.2016, the said vehicle was seized by the second respondent. Thereafter, the petitioner has given a representation to the second respondent on 15.03.2016 in person, however, the second respondent has not considered the same yet.
3. Mr.M.S. Ramesh, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents, submitted that the second respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
