Petitions filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records in Crime No.329 of 2013 dated 20.05.2013 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Harur Police Station, Dharmapuri District, the first respondent herein and quash the same as illegal.

COMMON ORDER When these Criminal Original Petitions were taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that charge sheet relating to Crime No.329 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent police, was filed long back on 03.09.2013 and after it was returned, again charge sheet was submitted on 07.09.2015 and again on 17.09.2016, and the same was taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Harur in C.C.No.27 of 2017.

2.Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petitions are closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
