... Respondents Prayer:- Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondents for their

willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Hon'ble Court dated 19.07.2012 made in W.P.No.8152 of 2003 in the relevant provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act.

O R D E R

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 made a submission that the order passed by this Court on 19.07.2012 in W.P.No.8152 of 2003 has been complied with. In this regard, the learned Special Government Pleader produced a chart stating that the terminal benefits due to the members of the writ petitioner's Association has been settled. However, it is brought to the notice of this Court that in respect of 26 members it is not settled on account of certain particulars and documents to be produced by the respective individuals. Thus, this Court is of the opinion that the order passed by this Court on 19.07.2012 has been complied with.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that there are certain discrepancies in respect of the calculation of terminal benefits. However, in this regard, the individual members

are at liberty to submit their respective representation if any, and if such representations are received by the authorities then, they are at liberty to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law.

3.With these observations, the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
