O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Pochampalli, Krishnagiri District to pass on order in Crl.M.P.No.4013 of 2018 within a stipulated period.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner lodged a compliant before the third respondent police. Even then, the third respondent did not registered a case as against the accused. Therefore the petitioner filed a petition in Crl.M.P.No.4013 of 2018, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pochampalli, Krishnagiri District. Time and again, the case was adjourned without passing any orders. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition came to be filed by th petitioner to pass appropriate orders within the stipulated time to be fixed by this Court.

Heard Mr.E. Kannadasan learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the third respondent. 5.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pochampalli, Krishnagiri District to pass appropriate orders in Crl.M.P.No.4013 of 2018 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
