This is a petition to condone the delay of 43 days in filing the above CMA before this Court against the Award and decree dated 30.08.2019 passed in MACTOP No.304 of 2015 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Salem.

2. In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the delay is condoned and this miscellaneous petition is ordered.
