Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 am until further orders imposed by this Honble Court in its order dated 27.01.2021 made in Crl.M.P.No.651/2021 in Crl.O.P.No.20972/2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.PANNEER SELVAM, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.KRITIKA KAMAL P. Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.651 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.20972 of 2020 dated 27.01.

2021, directing him to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions submits that the petitioner has not complied with the said condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

4.In view of the fact that the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed by this Court, this petition for relaxation is dismissed.
