The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 07.02.2024, registered for the offences under Sections25(1A) of Arms Act in Crime no.32 of 2024 on the file of the respondent seeks bail .

2. It is stated that the defacto complainant was on the duty at Court complex the accused persons came in a car bearing Registration No.TN 21 BZ 0378 at a high speed speed and on enquiry it was found that the accused persons came to the Court complex to attack some of the accused who did not come to Court on that particular date. The accused persons were found with some deadly weapons inside the car.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that these two petitioners were coolie workers and the knives were meant only to 1/3

cut the trees. However, it is evident that the petitioners could have not come to the Court for cutting down trees.

4. In view of that particular fact, this Criminal Original petition stands dismissed.
