The present Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to grant leave to the petitioner to prefer appeal against the judgment passed by the 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur in C.A.No.85 of 2022 dated 31.10.2022.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to prefer appeal.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
