ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition " the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two Page No.1 of 4

weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.29679 of 2024 dated 27.11.2024 in Crime NO. 262 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29679 of 2024 dated 27.11.2024 is relaxed.
