ORDER

This application has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 [in short, 'the Act'], seeking for extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a further period of six months to conclude the arbitration proceedings.

2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that award has already been passed. However, an application under Section 33 of the Act is pending before the Arbitral Tribunal. In view of the same, the time frame is extended for a further period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
