This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 2880 days in representing the above in S.A.SR.No.13708 of 2015.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the appellant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.2500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred only) as cost to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, today (27.02.2023), failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed.

3. On such payment, Registry is directed to number the condone the delay petition in C.M.P.No.SR26583 of 2023.
