The prayer sought for in the present petition is for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Cuddalore, to pass orders on the protest petition in Crime No.413 of 2016.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that he has raised certain objections on 14.10.2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Cuddalore against the final report filed by the respondent. Since, the protest petition has not been disposed of till date, the present petition is filed.
3. In view of the same, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Cuddalore, is directed to pass appropriate orders in the protest petition in Crime No.413 of 2016 on its own merits, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
